Palo Pinto County Warrant Records Palo Pinto County Warrant Records

Official Palo Pinto County warrant records are controlled by the court or agency that holds each case. City citations, justice-court files, county and district records, and jail booking entries follow separate routes. A general online result may not reveal where a warrant originated or whether it remains active. Readers can identify the citation or cause number and issuing court, then ask that custodian about status and next steps. A private reference service cannot verify or clear a court order.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. This private site cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear an order, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. Contact the issuing court or the law-enforcement agency named on the case.

Need Official Warrant Information?

Match the question to the record holder. A booking interface, a city warrant report, and a court case file answer different questions.

  • Unknown county law-enforcement record: Palo Pinto County Sheriff dispatch, 420 Cedar Street, Palo Pinto, TX 76484, (940) 659-2085, can route a non-emergency inquiry. The Sheriff's linked inmate interface is for booking information, not a complete warrant index.
  • A city citation or Mineral Wells report entry: contact Mineral Wells Municipal Court at (940) 328-7733. The city directs warrant questions to its clerk; its report is municipal-only and requires verification.
  • A JP citation or missed setting: use the precinct named on the paper. The County JP hub lists payment routes, but does not provide a countywide warrant search.
  • County Clerk criminal records: the Clerk says criminal information is not online and requires a cause number. During the current courthouse repair notice, official public-record filings are routed to the Mineral Wells Annex, 100 SE 6th Avenue, Suite 102, Mineral Wells, TX 76067, (940) 468-0170; reopening is expected October 7, 2026. Court and e-filings are not affected. Check the official notice before visiting.
  • District Court records: contact the District Clerk at (940) 659-1279 or nathan.choate@co.palo-pinto.tx.us with the cause number and ask what record is public.
  • Resolving a confirmed warrant: speak with a licensed Texas attorney and the issuing court about appearance, bond, surrender, or a motion to recall. The right procedure depends on the case.

The Sheriff's Information Request form is the formal route for a non-online record request. The form does not publish a warrant-specific checkbox, fee schedule, or turnaround promise, so it should not be treated as an instant status check.
